- Cancellation Period: You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the pick-up time will incur a cancellation fee:
- 50% of the total fare for cancellations made between 24 and 6 hours before pick-up.
- 100% of the total fare for cancellations made within 6 hours of pick-up.
3. Refund Policy
- Eligible Refunds: You will receive a full refund for cancellations made within the cancellation period (24 hours before pick-up).
- Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of the cancellation confirmation. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.
- Administrative Fee: A minimal administrative fee may be deducted from the refund amount to cover processing costs.
4. Amendments to Bookings
- Advance Notice: We appreciate any changes to your booking being communicated as soon as possible. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly.
- Amendment Charges: Changes to your booking may incur additional charges depending on the nature of the amendment. This could include:
- Changes to the pick-up or drop-off location.
- Increase in the number of passengers or luggage exceeding the originally booked vehicle capacity.
- Changes to the service type (e.g., standard car to executive car).
- Flight Delays: We monitor flight arrival times and will adjust pick-up times for airport transfers accordingly. No additional charges apply for delays caused by flight changes.
5. No-Show Policy
- Definition: A “no-show” occurs when a passenger fails to appear at the designated pick-up location and time without prior notification.
- Charges: In the event of a no-show, the full booking amount will be charged.
6. Service Disruptions
- Unforeseen Circumstances: SKYWAYS Cars cannot be held liable for delays or cancellations caused by factors beyond our control, such as:
- Severe weather conditions (e.g., heavy snow, flooding)
- Traffic congestion
- Road closures
- Other unforeseen circumstances
- Alternative Arrangements: In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to:
- Inform you of the delay or cancellation as soon as possible.
- Offer alternative arrangements, such as rescheduling the service at no additional cost, subject to availability.
7. Customer Responsibilities
- Accurate Information: It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information at the time of booking, including:
- Pick-up and drop-off locations
- Contact details (phone number, email)
- Number of passengers and luggage
- Any special requests (e.g., child seat)
- Timeliness: Please be ready at the scheduled pick-up time to avoid delays and potential waiting time charges.
