3. Amendments to Bookings

  • Changes in Booking: Any changes to the booking, including changes to the pick-up time, location, or route, must be communicated as soon as possible.
  • Additional Charges: Amendments may incur additional charges, especially if the changes affect the length or duration of the service.
  • Flight Delays: We track flight arrivals and adjust pick-up times accordingly. No additional charges will be applied for delays caused by flight changes.

4. No Show Policy

  • Definition of No Show: A “no show” occurs when the customer fails to meet the driver at the agreed pick-up time and location without prior notification.
  • Charges for No Show: In the event of a no show, the full booking amount will be charged. This includes scenarios where the customer fails to meet the driver at the airport or any other agreed pick-up location.

5. Service Disruptions

  • Unforeseen Circumstances: Snap Cars Ltd is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by severe weather, traffic conditions, road closures, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
  • Alternative Arrangements: In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative arrangement or reschedule the service at no additional cost.

  • Accurate Information: Customers must provide accurate and complete information at the time of booking. This includes pick-up and drop-off locations, contact information, and any special requests.
  • Timeliness: Customers are responsible for being ready at the scheduled pick-up time. Failure to do so may result in additional waiting time charges or cancellation of the service.
